A unique race that takes runners along the banks of Leon Creek in the northwestern section of San Antonio, the Texas MedClinic Half Marathon & 5K takes the place of The Missions Half Marathon, which had been run on this date along the national park areas inside the city known as “the Missions,” for the group of historic Spanish missions now known as the Mission Trail through San Antonio.
