2010 Texas State Sprint Triathlon: The Original Open Water SWT Sprint and the clearest swim in Texas!
300 Person limit.
Great for a first timer or fun for the veterans!
The Texas State Sprint Triathlon is the primary fund raiser for The Texas State Triathlon Club.

This race also services as a teaching tool for members of the club to learn how to manage a triathlon event. All safety precautions and professional event courtesy will be implemented.

Course Info:

  • 500 Meter swim in the clearest lake in Texas, 14 Mile bike, 3 Mile Run  The Texas State Sprint Triathlon has the most beautiful swim in Texas. Clear Lake at Aquarena Center has been visited by many tourists.
  • After the swim is a fast and scenic ride up Lime Kiln and back.
  • The run is flat through the beautiful area of San Marcos.

Directions

I-35 to San Marcos, Exit 206 and go west to Aquarena Springs. (across from Texas State Stadium)


There are no refunds.
 

Registered athletes unable to participate will be allowed to transfer their entry to another athlete up to April 1, 2010. There is a $15 transfer fee. Athletes are required to notify the race director in writing or e-mail with the information necessary to complete the transfer (name, gender, age, date of birth, USAT membership status).
 

The race director reserves the right to decline a transfer request.
